Arden Studios and Associates was founded on a simple but powerful idea: exceptional outdoor environments are created through collaboration, expertise, and thoughtful design. From the beginning, our work has focused on elevating backyard living by placing the swimming pool at the heart of the experience—both functionally and artistically.

Our story is rooted in innovation within the Design/Build industry, and that legacy continues to define who we are today.

Pioneers of the Design/Build Concept

Our founders, Ron and Jim, were early pioneers of the Design/Build approach for residential pool and backyard environments. While working together for the second-largest pool builder in the nation, they recognized a critical gap between sales and design—and solved it.

They created a centralized Design Center where 28 sales professionals collaborated directly with a design expert. This model transformed the customer experience, streamlined decision-making, and led to unprecedented growth—resulting in more than 1,500 pools designed and built annually.

That collaborative framework became the foundation of Arden Studios and Associates.

Today, Arden Studios and Associates is an art, manufacturing, and consulting firm specializing in distinctive residential outdoor environments. We collaborate with homeowners and industry professionals to deliver designs that are visually compelling, technically sound, and ready to build.

Headquartered in Greater Houston, we work on projects nationwide, bringing decades of insight and proven systems to every engagement.
